Other duties of the registrant - change in company status or identity information
According to the first paragraph of Article 22 of the KKDIK Regulation, “any change of status such as being a manufacturer, importer or producer of articles” and identity information such as “address, company name” of the registrant companies.
In case of any change, the registration dossiers must be updated with new information and submitted to the Ministry without delay. Changes to be made by companies in the approved registration dossiers, if necessary, are subject to a fee in accordance with Article 59(1) of the KKDIK Regulation.
In this context, after the registration dossier is sent, the companies whose information has changed in question will be included in the “Including a change in legal entity” in the Revolving Fund Unit Price List for the current year, available at https://donersermaye.csb.gov.tr/ of the Ministry’s Revolving Fund Management Directorate. The fee for the “change in the identity of the registrant” service, appropriate to the size of the company, https://donersermaye.csb.gov.tr/ They must obtain an application number from , pay it to the Halkbank accounts of the Revolving Fund Enterprise Directorate, and send the receipt along with a brief explanation to the e-mail address of the Chemicals Management Department, kyd@csb.gov.tr.
